Peter Bruschi & Paula Black
Paula and Peter are new restaurateurs to Brighton but not to the business. Peter started his culinary career as a Roux Brothers apprentice back in the Eighties and since then has honed his unique take on modern European food with a French slant. Paula has worked within corporate hospitality and between them, this husband and wife team are proud to have worked in the industry for 23 years and are passionate about what they do.
In 1999 they bought their first restaurant in Tunbridge Wells, "Right on the Green", where
their delivery of fine food and hospitality won them awards, accolades and a shining reputation.
In search of a bigger project and a
change of lifestyle they sold up in 2004 and
after a three-year search they are now
delighted to open the doors to their new
all-day bistro,
at Seven Dials.
